I havn't had a lot of time lately to do any card making but i had to find time to make this for my dads birthday as i am going away on holiday and wanted to make him something special.The idea for this was originally just doing him a card with some sort of D.I.Y on with tools and such, then i got the idea from something my brother said calling dad D.I.Y Dave. This made me think to do the letters of his name with the tools. then just adding the last touch with some paper that looked like slats of wood behind. Turned out pretty well i think, and i hope he likes it.
Printed the letters on photopaper so they would stand out stronger. unfortunatly taking the photo of the card the paper caused a flash.
NEWS: I would just like to add to my post that my stamp designs for Spiral Whisper are now being uploaded onto there website and will be available to order from the 11th of August.
